Erik Pelve took his PhD at Uppsala University in cell biology of archaea. He did a postdoc at MIT and UU, using single cell genomics and metagenomics to study microorganisms from the ocean. He currently works at a lecturer at SLU. This blog is a collection of musings from his daily work in the exciting world of modern microbiology.
